Golf Tournament
June 20th and 21st, 2026
Dear Member and Guest,
The time is almost here to play some competitive member-guest golf on our beautiful golf course.
Format:
- Each team consists of one member and one guest (we will do our best with pairing teams as in the past)
- Registration and breakfast will begin at 7:30am on both days
- Golfing will begin at 8:30am
- Each two-person team will start out by playing a nine-hole qualifying round Saturday morning. The format for the entire weekend of golf will be a two-person scramble. After the qualifying round is completed, all 36 teams will then be flighted into 6 flights (6 teams per flight). For the rest of the tournament, you will play 9-hole match play against everyone in your flight. At the end of each round, each team will be awarded the number of points that they earned for that nine holes. Winners will be the team with the most points in each flight and there will also be an overall winner with the most points in any flight. Prizes will be awarded for each flight winner and overall winner.

11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Lunch 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Lunch
12:00-2:30 p.m.: Round 1 12:00-2:30 p.m.: Round 4
2:45-5:15 p.m.: Round 2 2:45-5:15 p.m.: Round 5
5:30 p.m.: On Course Shootout 5:45: Raffles & Awards Ceremony
5:45 p.m.: Dinner
Cost:
$110 per member and $135 per guest: The cost includes tee gift, 54 holes of golf, light breakfast and lunches both days, and Saturday evening dinner.
Carts are mandatory for the event to keep things moving. Cost of cart for 2-day event is $30.00/person. If a member has a cart pass or trail pass, they will NOT need to pay the additional $30.00.
